Infant massage also has a multitude of wonderful benefits. It is especially recommended for preemies' development. Both pregnancy and infant massage enhance the bonding process.

Therapeutic massage therapists should be certified for the child bearing years. This work will also help you get in touch with your body in preparation for birth. It can contribute to your ability to appreciate and celebrate your body, allowing you to trust it during birth.
