Now parents and providers can become supporting members for only $35 per year. The majority of our funding is through parent and provider memberships - we are grateful for your support! Membership Options
BirthLink has a number of membership choices, including one that's right for you.
Supporting Member...$35
Stay in touch with BirthLink. You'll receive at least four mailings per year, including our newsletter, plus invitations to all events and activities along with discounts when applicable. No referrals or listings are included. You may upgrade at any time during the year and your fee will be applied to the next level.
Sole Practitioner...$95
Individual practices receive all of the above benefits, plus connection to potential clients with our referral network. You will also be listed in our referral database, online and in our print directory. 1 - 2 listings are included.
Small Business Member...$195
All of the above benefits are included. At this level you are either a business with 3 - 5 employees or you would like 3 - 5 listings. You will be listed in our Special Member list both online and in all mailings as space permits.
Strategic Partner...$495
All of the above benefits are included along with second priority sponsorship opportunities. If you are a business with 6 - 9 employees or would like to have 6 - 9 listings this is the member level for you.
Affiliate Member...$995
Receive all of the above benefits plus priority consideration on sponsorships, publicity, and access to the mailing list. You also get unlimited listings in all of our directories. If you have 10 or more employees this is the level for you.
Additional Listings...$45 each
If you are at the "Sole Practitioner" level or above and need to have just one more listing, you can purchase extra listings. They follow the same format as the regular listings. They will also be listed in the database, print and online directories for a period of one year.
How to Join
Offline with a mail-in check: Click here for a printable form that you can fill out and mail in with your check.
Online with a mail-in check: Click here to sign up electronically. When you're done, simply mail us a check to complete your registration.
Online with a Visa or Mastercard: Use the buttons below to choose your membership level and any additional listings. A PayPal shopping cart will pop up. When you have chosen the level and listings you want, click the "Checkout" button. PayPal will collect your credit card information on their secure server. If you are not a member of PayPal you will need to register with them. When your payment is complete, you will be returned to a BirthLink screen where you can enter in your contact information and listings.
