Support and encouragement can help mothers breastfeed longer. A father’s support is the number one factor in a long term breastfeeding relationship. Celebrate breastfeeding this week and every week by encouraging moms to breastfeed for up to one year or longer. Babies will be glad they did.
In Japan breast massage is common and encouraged. There are specialists midwives who offer this.
