Our group practice nurtures families from preconception through well into the postpartum phase.  We offer non-judgmental, family-led holistic support to all types of families.  Services include: birth and postpartum doula services, energy and reflexology work, belly binding, placenta encapsulation and childbirth classes.

Currently teaching Informed Beginnings childbirth classes. Offering placenta encapsulation and therapeutic bodywork for babies and moms based on the Gillespie Approach which is craniosacral facial therapy. Involved in birth work since 1996. Taught comprehensive childbirth classes and Bradley Method natural childbirth classes for many years.

We enter the home of a laboring woman with loving, peaceful energy and a reverence for her birth experience. We accompany her in labor to help develop a safe and satisfying birth experience. We believe that birth is an empowering, profound, marvelous, sacred, life-changing experience.

NPN is a non-profit 501(c)3 that connects a diverse community of families with the resources they need to navigate parenting in the city. Whether online or in person, NPN makes it easy to find support, must-have information and amazing city events.

We are a specialty practice helping people as they become parents. Our physical therapists have advanced training in helping during pregnancy, postpartum, and those with pelvic floor dysfunctions. We treat pain, other dysfunctions, and provide wellness care.
